Chairman and CEO Jim Callan is a proven entrepreneur and innovator. In 1994 he was the founder of Eontec, the leading provider of component-based multi-channel retail banking software solutions, which was sold in 2004 to Siebel Systems. Mr Callan founded Econiq in 2005 and has assembled a management team which includes some of the most experienced and talented individuals working in the Financial Services software sector, combining deep business experience and market understanding with the technical knowledge and expertise that comes from years of successful project implementations.

Colin. Piper was COO for Eontec Ltd, (Ireland) and President of Eontec Inc. (North America), which was acquired in 2004 by Siebel Systems, Inc.
Colin is a strong leader, motivator and manager with over 20 years business and IT experience in the financial services sector. He has successfully delivered complex and mission critical banking software projects in a variety of technical environments in the UK, Ireland, US and Canada.
Colin is now President of Econiq Inc. responsible for US and North American sales and operations, based in Econiq’s global headquarters in Boston, Massachusetts.

Econiq's CTO Stephen Ryan has over 13 years experience of software development at the highest level. Prior to joining Econiq, Stephen was the Chief Technical Architect at Eontec for over 8 years, leading the way in implementing Java as an enterprise development language. Stephen believes strongly in using the right applications for the job, no matter what the underlying technology. Econiq's technology is testament to this, where a combination of Java, .Net, Flash and PHP are used to build the best product possible.
